BRIDGET workshop takes place in Paris
The BRIDGET project aims to revolutionise multimedia content creation and consumption by enhancing broadcast programmes with bridgets: links from the broadcast programme to external interactive media elements such as web pages, images, immersive audio/video and 3D models.
In BRIDGET, Visual Atoms is tasked with developing advanced media analysis and visual search tools to enable efficient creation and consumption of bridgets.
The guests included key stakeholders; a broad representation of European broadcasters (both public and private) and participants in key standards relevant to the project. The broadcasters attending the workshop included the BBC (UK), NRK (Norway), Mediaset (Italy), ProTV (Romania), RTP (Portugal), and Sky Italia (Italy).
